Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Officer in Chiplun to promote company products, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell products to potential and existing clients.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Collect market feedback and report competitor activities.
Ensure proper documentation of sales and compliance with company guidelines.

Requirements:

Graduation is mandatory.
1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in BFSI, insurance, or retail sectors.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented and proactive in approach.
