About the Role:
We are hiring a Field Sales Executive for Jalna to drive sales growth, manage client relationships, and achieve business targets in the BFSI sector. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work in a field-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business through field visits and customer acquisition.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide accurate information to customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Report sales activities and market feedback to management.
Requirements:
Graduation is mandatory.
Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience (BFSI background preferred).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Candidates with career stability will be preferred.
