Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Officer to drive business growth by meeting clients, promoting company products, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role requires strong communication skills, field sales experience, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and local market activities

• Meet potential customers and explain product offerings

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM

• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth onboarding and documentation

Candidate Requirements:

• Any graduate

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing (field sales preferred)

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently and meet targets

• Local candidates preferred for Pune
