Job Description
We’re looking for an energetic and ambitious Sales Executive to lead local sales efforts and help us grow our customer base. This role is ideal for someone with 2 to 5 years of experience in sales who understands the nuances of the local market and is eager to make a measurable impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and drive sales in your assigned territory.
- Generate leads, follow up on prospects, and close deals consistently.
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Build strong, lasting client relationships.
- Conduct regular field visits and attend client meetings.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Provide input on market trends and competitor activities.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams.
Who You Are:
- A graduate in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in sales (field sales, inside sales, or account management).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Familiar with the local geography, culture, and customer base.
- Able to work independently with a high level of accountability.
