We are seeking a motivated and experienced Regional Sales Partner to spearhead field sales initiatives in Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads through direct sales efforts and networking
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored financial solutions
- Conduct client meetings and deliver persuasive product presentations
- Recruit, train, and lead a team of sales advisors
- Expand market reach and maintain long-term client relationships
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduation is mandatory (any discipline)
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience
- Candidates with at least 6 months of experience in Sales & Marketing
- Local market knowledge of Hyderabad and a well-established personal/professional network
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales planning and forecasting capabilities
- Self-driven and team-oriented approach
