Roles & Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers through field visits and open market sourcing.
• Build strong customer relationships for insurance/product sales.
• Generate leads through referrals, cold calls & networking.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain daily reporting.
• Provide excellent customer service and support for policy issuance.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduation mandatory.
• 1 year experience in Sales / BFSI / Field Sales preferred.
• Good communication & convincing skills.
• Strong local market knowledge of Surat.
• Target-driven and self-motivated.
