About the Role:
- Drive acquisition of Savings & Current Accounts (CASA) customers and promote banking products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and onboard CASA customers.
- Cross-sell FD, Loans, Insurance.
- Guide customers through account opening & KYC.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates eligible.
- Good communication & convincing skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven.
- Comfortable with field/branch sales work.
