Position: Sales Executive
Location: Ghatal, West Bengal
Employment Type: Full-time | On-roll

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with local clients and explain insurance plans.
Build and manage a team of field agents under your guidance.
Meet monthly sales targets and maintain reporting discipline.
Network locally for business growth and lead generation.

Requirements:

Graduate (mandatory)
1–2 years of experience in field sales or BFSI sector
Strong communication skills in Bengali and Hindi
Should be local or willing to relocate to Ghatal
