Job Title: Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
– Sales Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
– Product Presentation: Present, promote, and sell products or services to existing and potential customers, explaining product features and benefits.
– Lead Conversion: Convert leads into customers by following up on inquiries and providing necessary information to facilitate a sale.
– Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
– Sales Targets: Achieve monthly or quarterly sales targets set by the management.
– Reporting: Provide accurate, detailed reports on sales activity, performance, and market conditions.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
– 1-3 years in banking, financial services, or sales is preferred.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to handle objections and close deals.
– Knowledge of banking products.
– Age: 21-32 years preferred.
