Channel: Agency and Direct.

Job Summary:

A Sales Executive- Insurance  is responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and selling various insurance products to meet individual and business needs. They assess client needs, explain policy options, and guide clients towards appropriate coverage, while also managing renewals, maintaining records, and staying informed about industry trends.

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Identify, hire, and train new sales representatives, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Guide and support sales agents, providing coaching and feedback to improve their performance.
  • Create and implement effective plans to achieve sales targets and grow the business.
  • Monitor sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and take action to address issues.
  • Create a positive and productive team environment to foster motivation and engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent service.
  • To have full market and product knowledge.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any field for agency and for direct minimum 1 year of sales in any field + 6 months of sales in BFSI sector
  • Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation (Any stream) required all semester marksheets.
  • Preferred local candidate
  • Required experience certificate or reliving letter from previous organization (If experienced)
