Location: Kolkata, West Bengal
Job Type: Full-Time | Field Sales
CTC: Up to ₹4.25 LPA + Incentives

We are hiring a dynamic and driven Sales Development Executive for our Kolkata location. This is a full-time, field-based role focused on customer acquisition, lead conversion, and consistent sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits to generate leads and identify potential clients
Present product/services and close sales with both new and existing customers
Follow up on inquiries and ensure a smooth customer onboarding process
Maintain client relationships and encourage repeat business
Achieve monthly individual and team sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams for service delivery

Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate (in any stream) – Mandatory
Minimum 1 to 2 years of sales or field experience
Must be based in Kolkata or nearby areas
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with outdoor/field sales
