Job Overview:
We’re looking for an ambitious Sales Executive in Kolkata to handle client meetings, sales pitches, and business development. You’ll also recruit and train a small team under your supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Meet potential clients within your locality
Drive sales through personalized customer interaction
Build and manage a team of advisors
Guide and motivate your team to achieve targets
Submit regular performance updates

Requirements:

Graduate in any stream
Minimum 1–2 years of sales/marketing experience
Age: 22 to 40 years
Strong local area knowledge
