Job Title: Sales Executive – Life Insurance

Job Summary:
We are hiring dynamic and motivated sales executives to promote and sell life insurance products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers to promote life insurance policies.
- Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals.
- Conduct field visits, follow-up meetings, and product presentations.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance and service support.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Graduate in any stream.
- Experience: 3+ years in sales (insurance/BFSI experience preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Age Criteria: 24 to 40 Years.
- Must Be a Local Candidate.
