Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive – Life Insurance – BFSI
Location: Kota

Job Role & Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new customers for life insurance products
  • Conduct field visits to pitch insurance plans
  • Generate leads from open market and referrals
  • Explain policy benefits, terms, and conditions to clients
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain post-sale customer service and documentation

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: Any Graduate
  • 2+ years of field sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Local candidates with own two-wheeler preferred
  • Strong desire to build a career in insurance sales
