Function and accountability :
– The candidate will be in charge of all insurance product sales, either directly or through agents.
– In charge of producing income.
– Establish and preserve a long-term rapport with agents.
– Keep your current agent retention rate high while concentrating on bringing in new business.
– Will require ongoing updating of market information.
– Make sure that every action is carried out in accordance with compliance.

Requirement :
– Title of Position : Sales Manager (Direct/Agency Channel), Relationship Manager, Sales Executive
– Qualifications for Education : any graduate
– Experience : one year or above in field sales
– CTC offered is [per Annum] 2.75 to3.80lpa
