Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The role involves acquiring new customers, promoting financial products, and achieving sales targets through field-based activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, leads, and referrals
Understand customer needs and offer suitable financial or insurance products
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain strong relationships with clients for future business opportunities
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company standards
Report daily sales activity and performance to the reporting manager

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
1–3 years of experience in field sales (preferably in BFSI or Insurance)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-driven and target-oriented
Local market knowledge of Nashik is preferred
