Job Description

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/field sales/insurance/marketing
• Graduate in any discipline is mandatory
• Strong communication and customer relationship skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings

Job Responsibilities:

• Acquire new customers through direct field visits and lead generation
• Promote insurance products and provide financial consultation to clients
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain regular reporting and activity tracking
