We are hiring a dynamic Sales Executive Officer – Field Sales to drive sales through direct client interaction. The role involves lead generation, client meetings, product pitching, and achieving monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of Sales Officers/BDMs to drive insurance product sales.
• Recruit, train, and manage advisors for business development.
• Plan and execute strategies for achieving business targets.
• Monitor sales performance and provide timely guidance.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of field sales experience
- Graduate (any stream)
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
