Job Description
We’re hiring a Sales Executive to drive sales growth across Rajasthan. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong interpersonal skills to engage customers, generate leads, and close deals efficiently.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through field visits and customer meetings.
- Identify potential clients and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
- Present and promote products/services to clients in a compelling way.
- Collect market insights to enhance sales strategy.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ year of field sales experience
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
- Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid license
Salary: Up to ₹3.0 LPA + Performance-based incentives
