Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Connect with leads provided by the company and convert them into sales
Promote insurance and financial products to prospective customers
Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
Submit timely reports and updates to the manager

Candidate Profile:

Graduate with 1+ year of experience in sales (BFSI preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and target-driven
Local candidates will be preferred
