Job Description

Direct policy sales through visits and relationship building.

Job Role:

• Sell life insurance products through door-to-door and scheduled visits.
• Educate potential customers about product features.
• Collect and process required documentation.
• Achieve monthly individual sales targets.
• Collaborate with team and manager for joint sales activities.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream.
• Minimum 2 year of field sales experience.
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Must own a bike and have a valid license.

Salary: Up to ₹3 LPA + target-based incentives
