Job Description

This role focuses on driving business through agency channel and field activities, lead generation, and customer engagement in the Surat area.

Key Duties:
•  Recruit, train, and manage agency advisors
• Support agency advisors in customer acquisition
• Conduct field visits & follow-up meetings
• Generate leads through field visits
• Maintain daily activity and sales reports

What You Need:
• 2+ years of any field sales
• Graduation required
• Should be comfortable with field work
