Sales Executives/Assistant Manager

Job Description

We’re hiring Sales Executives / Assistant Managers who are motivated, confident, and ready to build a high-growth career in the Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to meet potential customers
• Pitch and sell financial products (insurance, loans, savings, etc.)
• Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
• Achieve individual monthly sales targets
• Build and manage customer relationships
• Submit regular sales reports to your team manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (any industry)
• Graduation in any stream is mandatory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, result-driven, and team-oriented
