Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by developing and executing business plans.
• Recruit, train, and mentor new insurance advisors/agents.
• Monitor agent productivity and provide targeted coaching.
• Expand agency distribution network to achieve sales objectives.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and IRDA guidelines.

Qualifications Criteria:

• Graduate in Business/Marketing or related field.
• Experience in insurance/financial services sales management.
• Strong leadership & people management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation ability.
