Job Summary:

Are you someone who enjoys talking to people and building meaningful connections? We’re looking for someone just like you to grow our agency network and help people succeed in insurance sales.

Your Day Might Include:

Chatting with potential advisors over a coffee.

Coaching and cheering them to hit their goals.

Celebrating wins, big or small!

What We’re Looking For:

Someone who’s been in a sales (1-3 years).

A people person who enjoys networking.

Degree in any stream (we care more about attitude!).

Bonus Points If:

You’re patient, kind, and persuasive.

You’ve ever led a small team or trained others.
