Job Summary: 

We’re hiring dynamic and motivated individuals for a strategic opening in our team as Sales Facilitator. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales and insurance in a fast-paced work environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit potential insurance advisors or agents.
• Drive insurance sales through the agent network and direct sourcing.
• Create and execute strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
• Conduct market analysis and competitor tracking for better positioning.
• Resolve client queries and grievances in a timely and effective manner.
• Maintain long-term relationships for policy renewals and upselling.
• Keep updated with new products, underwriting policies, and market changes.

Eligibility Criteria: 

• Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
• Graduation Completion
• Required all semester marksheets.
• Preferred local candidate
