Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Field Executive who will be responsible for generating business through direct field sales activities. The role requires regular travel within the assigned territory to meet potential and existing customers, understand their needs, and offer suitable products or services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan daily field visits and cover assigned territory efficiently.
• Identify and approach new customers through cold calls, referrals, and market visits.
• Present and explain products or services to customers clearly.
• Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

Required Skills and Qualities:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.
• Good knowledge of local market and customer behavior.
