Requirements:
Minimum 1.5 years of experience in sales leadership or strategy with a demonstrated ability to drive growth.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
Strategic thinker who can also take a hands-on approach to sales execution.
Insurance industry experience is a plus.
