Job Description

To supervise and motivate the sales team in Gujarat, we are seeking an Innovative and outcome-focused Sales Development Manager.

 Key responsibilities:

  • Select, train, mentor, and encourage a results-oriented sales team to surpass performance expectations.
  • Explore new markets and expand the agent network in untapped areas.
  • Organize frequent training programs to enhance agents’ expertise in product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Lead contract negotiations and develop strategic alliances with agencies.
  • Direct pivotal client negotiations, sealing contracts, and achieving targeted sales goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 2 years in field sales management.
  • Excellent communication, strong leadership, and negotiation abilities.
  • Must own a two-wheeler for mobility.
  • Candidates must be between 21 and 38 years old.
