Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Growth Manager to lead our sales initiatives in the life insurance sector. The role involves building and managing a team of agents or advisors, driving new business, and strengthening market presence. Candidates with local market knowledge and a strong sales background in life insurance are preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and onboard high-potential life insurance advisors and channel partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales strategies.
- Organize training sessions and workshops to improve advisor performance and compliance.
- Implement digital tools and techniques to streamline the sales process.
- Conduct periodic business reviews with agents to track progress and plan improvements.
- Motivate and retain high-performing advisors through recognition and support.
- Drive customer satisfaction through professional engagement and needs-based selling.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience; life insurance experience is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and networking abilities.
- Good understanding of the local market and customer behavior.
