Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong relationships with top-performing agencies to foster loyalty and retention.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on agency performance, opportunities, and market conditions to management
  • Build long-term, strategic relationships with agency partners.
  • Monitor agency performance and provide insights to improve productivity

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience
  •  Bachelor’s degree
  • Local Candidate
  • Age 21 to 38

Skills:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong presentation and training abilities.
