Job Description

We are hiring  Sales Head will be responsible for leading the regional sales operations, driving revenue growth, and managing the sales team to achieve business objectives in the Jamshedpur market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s market presence
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to company policies and sales processes
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations

Eligibility & Skills:

• Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline
• Proven experience in sales with team handling exposure
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Result-oriented with a strategic mindset
• Good understanding of the local Jamshedpur market
