About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Sales Head Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and build a strong sales culture. This is a senior-level leadership role that requires excellent market knowledge, people management skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales executives and field officers
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics
  • Build strong relationships with high-value clients and key business partners
  • Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of competitors
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategy

    Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development (at least 2 years in a leadership role)

  • Proven ability to drive results and meet targets consistently
  • Deep understanding of the local market and customer behavior
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
