About the Role:
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Sales Head Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and build a strong sales culture. This is a senior-level leadership role that requires excellent market knowledge, people management skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales executives and field officers
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance metrics
- Build strong relationships with high-value clients and key business partners
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of competitors

Requirements:
