Job Description

Tasks and Duties:

– Recognize and contact potential clients via phone calls, on-site visits, and leads.

– Transform leads into sales through comprehension of customer needs and provision of appropriate solutions. Cultivate and uphold enduring customer relationships.

– Deliver outstanding post-sales service and assistance to boost customer satisfaction.

– Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.

Skills & Qualifications:

– Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).

Experience: 1+ years in sales

– Strong communication, leadership, and sales skills.
