Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment, training, and development of a network of life insurance agents.
- Provide continuous support to agents to ensure they hit both individual and team sales goals.
- Formulate and execute strategies for sustained agent growth and performance.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory policies and company procedures.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of field sales experience with a focus on growth.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing agent performance.
- Comprehensive understanding of the life insurance market and compliance regulations.
