Responsibilities :-

•  Create and implement sales strategies to hit or surpass sales goals.
• Establish and preserve trusting connections with clients by learning about their needs and providing specialized solutions.
• Achieve both team and personal objectives by hiring, developing, and managing a high-achieving sales staff.
• Examine sales information to find patterns and expansion prospects.

Candidate requirements :-

• 2+ experience of field sales & marketing of insurance/BFSI
•  Any graduate/post graduate
• Any local candidate
