• Lead a team of sales executives
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly goals for the team
• Guide and support the team during client meetings
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Track and review team performance regularly
• Report progress and challenges to senior managers
• Train new team members and improve their skills
• Help in planning sales campaigns and strategies

Candidate Profile:

• 2-6 years in sales experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and problem-solving ability
• Comfortable with both fieldwork and desk tasks
• Graduate degree is required; MBA preferred
• Must be target-driven and organized
