Job Summary:
We are looking for a hardworking and goal-focused Field Sales Officer to promote and sell insurance products directly to customers. This is a field-based role that involves meeting clients, explaining policies, and closing sales. Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit potential customers in your assigned area
• Explain insurance plans clearly and help customers choose the right one
• Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain records of client interactions and policy sales
• Participate in local marketing and promotional activities
• Build trust and strong relationships with customers
• Report daily activity and progress to the manager

Candidate Profile:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in sales
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Comfortable with fieldwork and traveling locally
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and responsible
• Minimum qualification: Graduation preferred
• Local candidate required
