Profile: Field Sales / Insurance Sales
Location: Delhi
Qualification: Graduate Mandatory
Experience: Minimum 1–2 Years in Sales (Insurance/BFSI Preferred)
CTC: As per company standards + Attractive Incentives
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate business through direct field sales.
• Meet potential customers and explain product offerings.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain productivity.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per company guidelines.
• Follow up on leads from references, walk-ins, and field activities.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must have prior experience in field sales (insurance preferred).
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Should be target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Must be stable in previous job history.
