Qualification: Graduate Mandatory
Experience: Minimum 2-3 Years in Sales (Insurance Preferred)
CTC: As per company standards + High Incentives
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate business through field sales activities.
• Meet customers and explain insurance products (Life/Health/General).
• Achieve monthly sales and productivity targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat and referral business.
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company policies.
• Follow up on leads generated through walk-ins, references, and fieldwork.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must have prior experience in insurance sales.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined.
• Understanding of insurance products and sales processes.
• Should have stable past job history.
