About the Role:

We are hiring a motivated Banca Sales Officer to drive sales through the banking channel. The role involves building strong customer relationships, cross-selling financial products, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with bank branches to generate business
Identify customer needs and offer suitable financial solutions
Achieve sales targets through cross-selling and up-selling
Maintain strong relationships with bank staff and clients
Provide excellent customer service and support

Requirements:

Graduation mandatory
1–3 years of sales experience (BFSI domain preferred)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Target-driven with a customer-focused mindset
