Job Description
A Field Business Manager in the BFSI sector holds a frontline leadership position tasked with business acquisition, field sales team management, and implementation of sales strategies within a specified geographic area.
Key Responsibilities:
– Identify new collaboration opportunities to broaden reach.
-Realize sales targets and KPIs that are specific to the channel.
– Oversee channel managers, area sales managers, and field personnel.
– Negotiate and oversee agreements with external channels.
Skills & Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
Experience: 1+ years in sales
– Strong communication, leadership, and sales skills.
