Key Responsibilities:

– Directly connect with potential customers through self-sourcing and references

– Offer tailored insurance solutions based on client needs

– Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

– Build and maintain strong client relationships

– Identifying and onboarding insurance advisors is one of the roles and responsibilities.

– Sales & Business Development: Create and put into action plans to increase sales.

– Performance management: Encourage and assist in order to increase output.

Profile of the required candidate:

– Experience: Two or more years in any sales-related field.

– Age range: 21 years old to 38 years old.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

– Two-wheeled. It has to be local.
