Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and ambitious Sales Leader  to join our insurance team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement plans to sell insurance.
Contact potential customers via calls, emails, and meetings.
Find new customers through marketing efforts.
Keep up with industry trends and competitor activities.
Work with teams to create and launch sales campaigns.
Review sales data to improve performance.
Ensure the team meets or exceeds sales goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required.
At least 1 year in field sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Must own a bike and have a valid driver’s license.
