Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and inventive Sales Leader to join our insurance team.

Key responsibilities:
Create and implement direct sales tactics for insurance goods.
Contact potential consumers by phone, email, and meetings.
Marketing initiatives can generate leads and help you establish a client database.
Stay informed on industry developments and competitor activities.
Collaborate with teams to develop and launch sales campaigns.
Analyze sales data to enhance performance.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree is necessary.
• You must have one year of field sales experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• You should be excellent at negotiating and problem solving.
• You must possess a bike and have a valid driver’s license.
