Job Description

As a Team Leader, your primary responsibility is to recruit, train, and manage insurance agents to achieve sales targets and expand market reach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, onboard, and oversee advisors in your region.
  • Educate agents on products and market trends; inspire them to maximize performance.
  • Regularly assess agents’ achievements and provide constructive feedback.
  • Meet with clients frequently to ensure satisfaction and address needs.
  • Implement plans to boost market presence and segment outreach.
  • Maintain high standards to ensure persistent, quality sales.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Education: Bachelor’s degree.
Experience: Over 2 years in field sales.
Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and sales abilities.
Attributes: Self-driven, goal-oriented, and proficient in market analysis.
Requirements: Own a bike with a valid license.
