Job Description

The Sales Leader  is responsible for driving strategic growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong partnerships, and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry leaders.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead and mentor a team of business development professionals.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships.
  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute long-term business strategies.
