Roles & Responsibilities:
- Hire and mentor a team of insurance agents to drive sales growth.
- Design sales plans tailored to the agency’s strengths and market needs.
- Evaluate agent performance and implement corrective strategies as needed.
- Conduct competitor analysis to position insurance products competitively.
- Empower agents with tools and techniques to target premium clients.
- Represent the agency in client meetings and industry events.
Qualification & Experience:
- Must hold a Bachelor’s degree.
- 2-4 years of experience in insurance sales or team leadership.
- Track record of achieving sales targets through agency channels.
- Exceptional leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong verbal and negotiation skills.
