π What Youβll Do:

Identify, recruit, and onboard potential insurance advisors.

Consistently acquire and activate new agents/advisors.

Train and mentor advisors to maximize their productivity and sales performance.
β
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for growth.
β
Build and maintain relationships with agents, lead providers, and intermediaries.
β
Manage and track sales records, ensuring strategic expansion.
Who Weβre Looking For:
β Qualification: Bachelorβs degree required.
β Experience: 1-4 years in field sales (FMCG, Retail, Pharma, NBFC, BFSI, Loans, Mutual Funds, etc.).
β Skillset: Strong leadership, communication, and sales acumen.
β Age: 21-38 years.
β Requirement: Must own a two-wheeler for fieldwork.
β Operations background candidates will NOT be considered.
