Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Sales Leader to take ownership of our sales function, drive revenue growth, and lead a high-performing sales team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve organizational revenue goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to consistently meet or exceed performance targets.
  • Identify new markets, customer segments, and business development opportunities.
  • Set clear performance KPIs, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Build and manage strong client relationships for long-term business growth.
  • Conduct regular training, coaching, and skill development sessions for the sales team.

Eligibility Criteria: 

  • Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
  • Graduation Completion
  • Required all semester marksheets.
  • Preferred local candidate
