Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Sales Leader to take ownership of our sales function, drive revenue growth, and lead a high-performing sales team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve organizational revenue goals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to consistently meet or exceed performance targets.
- Identify new markets, customer segments, and business development opportunities.
- Set clear performance KPIs, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Build and manage strong client relationships for long-term business growth.
- Conduct regular training, coaching, and skill development sessions for the sales team.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1+ year of sales and marketing experience
- Graduation Completion
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Preferred local candidate
